I'll always be thankful
that God chose to send
someone wonderful like you to my life,
someone who was destined
to become my close friend.
I'm grateful for all the times
you've lent me a hand,
for sharing with me,
and doing your best to understand
my worries and dreams,
as difficult as that
probably sometimes seems.
And I want you to know
that even when we're apart,
you still claim,
